Sajah Popham
The three modes form a foundational pattern for understanding the inner dynamics of the zodiac, specifically illustrating the way in which the four elements manifest physiologically in the body.
This two part class will explore the cardinal, mutable, and fixed crosses and how their relationships lend insights into the functioning of the body through patterns of anatomy and physiology. We’ll also illustrate how they reveal patterns of bodily malfunction, specifically through the nature of elemental conflict.
But of course it’s one thing to know the pattern, it’s another to know how to address it, thus we will mention specific herbal remedies that operate on these modal axes.

Each of the Moon’s eight phases has its own signature characteristics, embodying different archetypal facets of the creative process. Through attuning to the lunar cycle, we can feel more in sync with its rhythms as well as our own.

There are certain development periods that everyone moves through at the same times in their lives. Understanding the opportunities and challenges inherent in each of Stellar Life Stages can help us approach life with more awareness while also elevating our well-being.
In this lecture, Stephanie Gailing will explore several of these—including the Saturn Return, Pluto Square, Neptune Square, Uranus Opposition, Jupiter Return, Progressed Lunar Return, and others—including self-care strategies and flower essences associated with each.
Cameron Allen
In this lecture we are going to explore multiple ways Saturn has the ability to be medicinal, breaking down perspectives that allow Saturn as "the malefic" be seen as Saturn "the magnificent." In this lecture we are going to explore a variety of ways we can work with Saturn conditions that are experienced as "malefic" and utilize Saturn's more majestic attributes.
We will explore nutritional, herbal, psychological, therapeutic, and movement based considerations to working with Saturn. In this lecture, you will be given a template of HOW to think about working with Saturn from a holistic perspective that can be applied to the other planets as well.
Cameron will be applying his background from his degrees in Psychology, health and sports science, and focus on sports and exercise psychology, herbalism, Yoga, Ayurveda, Greco-Arabic medicine and studies in movement, a decade of direct experiences working with his local community since day one and of course, his unique fusion of Medical, Traditional, and Evolutionary astrology.

Judith Hill is the Founder of the Academy for Astrological Medicine and an award-winning author of fourteen books including the classics: Medical Astrology, A Guide to Planetary Pathology, and The Astrological Body Types, Medical Astrology for Health Practitioners, and Medical Astrology in Action: The Transits of Health. In 2024, she published The Twelve Zodiac Sign Syndromes of Medical Astrology.
She produced The Renaissance Medicine Conferences and created the course Medical Astrology 101© and Astrological Herbalism Decoded©. Hill was possibly the first to introduce Western Medical Astrology to Szechuan, China. She is a Chartered Herbalist with Dominion Herbal College. Hill documented the natal and transit health influences of the Lunar Nodes and eclipses and created the first polarity based nodal eclipse calendar.
An internationally recognized researcher, Hill published significant statistical research on astro-genetics and astro-seismology; and was the private assistant to the great physicist Arthur Young at The Institute of the Study of Consciousness. Hill is also faculty with Kepler College and The Matthew Wood Institute of Herbalism.

Cameron began his path to understanding mind-body awareness with a degree in Health and Sports Science and Psychology before deepening through direct experience with nature, Astrology, Herbalism, Yoga, Ayurveda, and other indigenous technologies. Cameron is currently studying to become an Ayurvedic practitioner & has over 350 hours of training in Yoga & movement.

Rainforest herbalist, medicine maker, educator, and Anima Mundi Herbals founder Adriana Ayales moved to Brooklyn from her home in Costa Rica with a mission to bridge remedies from the native peoples of Central and South America with modern day needs and imbalances. From a young age, Adriana devoted her studies to shamanic style healing, hands-on energy work, and botanical inquiry.
Born with intuitive sight, she recalls seeing auras and spirits when she was a small child, not knowing what to do with this power or how to talk to her family about it. Stephanie Gailing is an astrological advisor, self-care consultant, and family constellations facilitator with over 20 years of experience. She is the author of seven books including Planetary Apothecary, The Complete Book of Dreams, and Stellar Visions Oracle Deck. Co-host of the So Divine! podcast, Stephanie’s work has been featured in Vogue, Well + Good, MindBodyGreen, and numerous other media outlets.
In addition to her counseling and education work, Stephanie also offers editing and writing services to astrologers and wellness practitioners.
Stephanie earned a Certificate in EcoPsychology from Pacifica University, Advanced Diploma in Coaching from New York University, and M.S. in Nutrition from Bastyr University.
Zoey Gong is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) chef, food therapist, registered dietitian, and educator based in Shanghai and New York. Born in China, she has hosted hundreds of pop-up dinners, workshops, and events featuring TCM food therapy in both China and the United States since 2018, bringing healing foods and Chinese cultural traditions to thousands of guests.
Her first cookbook, The Five Elements Cookbook, was released in February, 2023 by Harper Collins.
Zoey launched Silver Root Apothecary in Shanghai in 2025. A sustainable shop where she teaches classes, sells high quality TCM herbs, and hosts events.
Sajah Popham is the author of Evolutionary Herbalism, co-founder of Natura Sophia Spagyrics, and the founder of the School of Evolutionary Herbalism. He trains herbalists in a holistic system of plant medicine that encompasses clinical Western herbalism, medical astrology, Ayurveda, and spagyric alchemy.
His comprehensive approach focuses on balancing the science and spirituality of plant medicine to heal the body, clarify the mind, open the heart, and support the development of the soul. This is achieved through working with the chemical, energetic, and spiritual properties of the plants.
His teachings embody a heartfelt respect, honor and reverence for the vast intelligence of plants in a way that empowers us to look deeper into the nature of our medicines and ourselves. He lives on a homestead in the foothills of Mt. Baker Washington with his wife and children where he teaches, consults clients, and prepares spagyric herbal medicines.
Judith Hill introduced the North American Continent to the first medical astrology-herbalism Conferences (as far as we know) in 1992. Her later in-person “Lost Secrets of Renaissance Medicine” conferences (2013-2016) sold out each year and presented a dedicated conflation of herbalism with medical astrology. These wildly popular events sparked a flame that raced through the global astro-herbal community and continues to grow to this day!
In 2024, Melissa Behm, the Director of Judith’s ‘Academy for Astrological Medicine’, suggested a modernized, virtual resurrection of those popular Renaissance Medicine conferences and Judith enthusiastically agreed! Melissa worked in corporate pharmaceuticals in several different roles over the span of 15 years until she quit in 2022 to pursue Herbalism and Astrology full-time; she joined Judith’s team in 2023. Having coordinated several Global Town Halls in the past, and being an herbalist and astrologer herself, Melissa will be organizing this year’s event with Judith’s guidance. They are a perfect team!

Popularly respected systems of traditional alternative medicine include:
India’s Ayurvedic Medicine, China’s TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), Homeopathy and Naturopathy. However, only erudite scholars have even heard of “Astrologo-Physick”, the major traditional medical system of pre-industrial Europe. This seems incredible, considering how this system was in fact, a major arm of the European, university sanctioned medical system until approximately 1700. Think: “astrology, herbs, plus patient examination”.
